Observation

A phone charger and a laptop charger with dangling cords were observed to be in the licensed area that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Large items were observed in various licensed areas that posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. Chipped paint and cracks were observed on the wall around the heater vent area that required repairing at the time of inspection.
